Domestique

What does your body say about your training?

Domestique reads your intervals.icu training, your meals and your weight together, and tells you what they mean. It never changes your plan — you decide.

Body

Is your weight moving at the pace you planned, is your muscle holding, are you eating enough?

All four signals agree: your rate is inside your profile target (−0.40 kg/wk), your lean mass held across two measurements, your observed expenditure fits the model and your energy availability is optimal.

Every word starts with a measurement

Domestique calculates the word from your data. The AI tells you what it means.

MEASUREMENTS Your weigh-ins, your meals and your rides.
weigh-in 74.8 kgbody fatlogged mealsrides
THE MATHS Checks each number against its own threshold from sports science.
rate −0.42 kg/wk plan −0.40 kg/wk lean mass 61.4 kg held across two measurements daily burn 3,180 kcal matches the estimate EA 46 kcal/kg threshold ≥45 optimal
THE WORD The result is a single word.
Balanced the AI only explains this word.
NOT ENOUGH DATA The trend hasn’t settled: 5 weigh-ins in the last 14 days, and a verdict needs at least 6.
Not readable yet A line drawn from too few readings would be invented.

Questions

Do I need an intervals.icu account?

For now, yes, and the account is free. Connect Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, Coros or Polar to it directly. Direct Strava and TrainingPeaks connections are coming later.

Is this a coach?

No. You or your coach write the plan, and Domestique never touches your training. It reads how your body is responding to that plan and tells you.

Is logging meals a chore?

Snap a photo, or tell the assistant “chicken and rice for lunch”. Domestique estimates it and you fix the grams. Save a plate you eat often and it goes in whole next time.

Where do the numbers come from?

Your training, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep come from intervals.icu. Your weight and body fat come from your scale or Apple Health / Health Connect, and meals from your own logs. When a reading is missing, Domestique says so.

What happens to my data?

Your training data stays in intervals.icu; Domestique works from a copy. In Settings you can download everything as one file or delete your account. No ad networks, no behavioural tracking.

Does it replace a doctor?

No. Domestique isn’t a medical device and doesn’t diagnose anything. For any health decision, talk to your doctor.
